The “UF-R” Rescue Suit protects against high temperatures and consists of two layers:

  1. material of the heat-resistant layer – fabric made of aramid fibers, density 265 g/m2
  2. hygienic lining fabric – 50% meta-aramid, 50% flame-retardant viscose with one-sided fire-resistant PU coating.

The suit is manufactured in accordance with NSU EN 469:2017 EN 11612, EN IEC 61482-1-1, EN ISO 11611, EN1149-5.

It can be produced in the form of a suit (jacket and overalls) or a one-piece coverall with a zipper.

The suit consists of a jacket and overalls.

The suit is designed to maximize wearing comfort and use in emergency operations. The jacket is form-fitting, with an elastic band sewn into the back at the waist level. On the upper part of the back, there is a textile Velcro tape for placing additional information. Stand-up collar. The central side zipper, which fastens the jacket, made of metal, detachable, in a color that matches the tone of the material of the upper (heat-resistant) layer. A textile keychain is inserted into the zipper to facilitate fastening. The central zipper is covered by a protective strip with a curved upper edge and a textile Velcro fastener. The protective strip is fastened over the entire length with a single textile fastener. Sleeve with darts in the elbow area. The elbow pad is made of wear-resistant iso-Kevlar. Sleeves with gussets to ensure free arm movement.

On the right shoulder strap, there is a pocket for a radio with a valve and fasteners for gloves, flashlight, radio, etc. below. On the left shoulder strap there is a patch pocket with a valve, on the bottom of the jacket there are two sewn-in pockets with valves. There is an internal pocket with a zipper for documents. The cuffs of the sleeves have an elastic band to regulate the wrist volume with Velcro. Two heat-resistant signal tapes on the sleeves, horizontal on the chest, and bottom of the jacket around the entire perimeter. The tape is a minimum of 5 cm wide and is aramid-based. It is divided into three parts along the length, with yellow stripes with fluorescent properties on the top and bottom, and a gray reflective strip in the middle.

The design of the coveralls allows the product to be worn without removing protective footwear and has padding in the knee area; a puffer is provided at the bottom of the side seams, which is fastened with a metal zipper and has a triangular insert for free wearing of the coveralls with shoes.

Half overalls with straps and wear-resistant knee pads with darts. Straps are made of strap tape, fastened with fastex. Signal tapes are below the knee pads. Side pockets with valves. The overalls are fastened with a textile fastener along the length of the codpiece and on the belt. The codpiece is cut off, of a deepened size for quick and easy dressing of the coveralls

The valves of all pockets of the suit have red textile strips.
A rescuer’s bag or backpack with first aid equipment can be supplied OPTIONALLY (the list of equipment is agreed upon when ordering).
