The lightweight and durable injection-molded shell is available in all colors (including photoluminescent and metalized) and is equipped with reflective tape in the standard version. At the customer’s request, the helmet can be individualized by adding functional differences and fire brigade badges.

The face shield is a class 1 optical visor that can be removed inside the helmet and can be supplied with a scratch and/or fog-resistant coating, a gold, or transparent (optional), filter for protection against infrared radiation. Available with either a profiled or unprofiled visor, adapted for people wearing corrective glasses; the shape of the visor allows it to be used in combination with a breathing mask.

The comfortable and padded interior of the helmet, optionally with an aramid fabric lining for wearing comfort and head protection. Easy to maintain, remove, wash, and disinfect.

Retractable eye protection – optical class 1 goggles for eye protection against solid objects and liquids during rescue operations. Tinted and clear versions are available.

The goggles can be lowered and raised without removing gloves using levers located on both sides of the helmet.

Removable soft silicone chin strap and chin strap system.

Unified universal attachment points for the breathing mask and flashlight. The upper flashlight attachment point maintains a full range of adjustment of the flashlight angle, even with the breathing mask applied.

The internal height and circumference (47 to 68 cm) can be quickly regulated with gloved hands without the need to remove the helmet for a personalized fit and stability. Individual components can be easily removed for replacement, rinsing, and disinfection.

Neck protector, resistant to heat radiation and flame, made of flame-retardant materials:

  • OS1V – short neck protector
  • OS2V – long neck and laryngeal protector
  • OS3V – leather protector
  • OS4V – metalized fabric protector
  • OS5V – short two-layer metalized protector with meta-aramid lining.
  • OS6V – short two-layer protector made of meta-aramid fabric.
